• All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post / Sendle once payment is confirmed
• Most items will be posted in a sealed cello bag for extra protection from the weather
Typical Processing Times
- Most orders will be packed and sent off within 3 business days.
- Custom orders will be packed and sent off within 5 business days.
Delays may occur during sales, shop updates, holidays, events such as packing huge orders and if there is an upcoming or ongoing market we are attending. As we will be travelling interstate for certain events and market we will not be able to process any orders during these times. Please ensure to consider the shipping time before placing an order.

If payment is processed through e-cheque, your order will not be fulfilled until the cheque has been processed.
Domestic Delivery (Within Australia)
FREE tracked shipping within Australia for orders $75+ or sticker only orders
If you would like faster delivery, please upgrade to express postage however this does not mean your orders will be processed faster

Effective 1st July 2025, AusPost will be increasing their shipping prices which unfortunately means we will too. We will still do our best to keep a low subsidised rate for our customers since we're always appreciative that you're supporting our little art shop during the living crisis ;O;

Your order will be shipped from Australia by AusPost then handled by the default mail courier in your country.
- Deliveries usually take 10-30 business days (up to 3 months) to arrive, depending on customs.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
