Returns and Cancellation

Right of Return

We apologise if you have received something that is damaged or faulty, or you believe it may have been incorrectly listed.

Failure to read product listings and wrong purchases from our shop will not warrant a refund if order has been shipped out already.

We urge you to read everything carefully before checking out. Thank you!

Delivery Terms

We currently do not provide returns, however if the item arrives damaged an exchange can be organised at the buyers expense.

Damaged Items

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damaged items received upon arrival. We will try our best to safely package everything with plastic sleeves and backing cards.

However, we are happy to provide a replacement.
You will have to provide your own shipping and handling for the exchange but we’ll cover the costs for the replacement on our end.

If your item is deemed faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund if the issue is considered a major failure. If the product fails to be of acceptable quality and does not amount to a major failure, you will be entitled to have the goods replaced.

Missing Parcels, Undelivered Or Wrong Delivery Address

  • Missing Order

For domestic (Australia) orders, we send orders with AusPost which can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If have not receive your order by that time, let us know and we will open a case with AusPost and follow up with them regarding your order.

For International deliveries, please allow up to 5 weeks from sent date for the order to arrive - for more accurate estimates, click here

  • Wrong Delivery Address
You will be fully responsible for filling out your shipping address correctly.

If under any circumstances that we made an error on our end, we will attempt to correct it and we’ll cover the costs to redeliver.

  • Undelivered parcel / Returned to Sender
Once your order is sent out, you will be fully responsible for collecting your parcel from the courier. This may include and is not limited to the your property, post office, PO box and delivery facilities. If your parcel is not collected in a timely manner and returned to us, we can offer a redelivery at your cost or may offer a partial refund.

 

Cancelling An Order

You are entitled to cancel an order without specifying any reasons within the first 3 hours that the order was made.

Please contact us immediately with your request.

A full refund including shipping costs will be returned to the bank account you used to process your payment. Kindly note that your funds will not show up immediately and may take some time to process (up to 5 business days).
