• All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post / Sendle once payment is confirmed
• Most items will be posted in a sealed cello bag for extra protection from the weather
Typical Processing Times
- Most orders will be packed and sent off within 3 business days.
- Custom orders will be packed and sent off within 5 business days.
Delays may occur during sales, shop updates, holidays, events such as packing huge orders and if there is an upcoming or ongoing market we are attending. As we will be travelling interstate for certain events and market we will not be able to process any orders during these times. Please ensure to consider the shipping time before placing an order.

If payment is processed through e-cheque, your order will not be fulfilled until the cheque has been processed.
