Shipping Policy
• All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post once payment is confirmed
• Items may be posted in a sealed cello bag for extra protection from the weather
Typical Processing Times
- Orders will be packed and sent off within 3 business days (Although we are closed on Monday and Friday)
- Made-to-order orders will be packed and sent off around 5 business days
Delays may occur during sales, shop updates, holidays, events such as packing huge orders and if there is an upcoming or ongoing market we are attending. As we will be travelling interstate for certain events and market we will not be able to process any orders during these times. Please ensure to consider the shipping time before placing an order.

If payment is processed through e-cheque, your order will not be fulfilled until the cheque has been processed.

International Delivery (Outside Australia) - Updated June 28th 2026
[SHIPPING TO THE US] Shipping to the US has been resumed. Changes may be made once there is further clarification from US customs and Border Protection.
Your order will be shipped from Australia by AusPost then handled by the default mail courier in your country.
- Deliveries usually take 10-30 business days (up to 3 months due to the new tarrif changes) to arrive, depending on customs.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs or courier.
